STAGE 1: Consultation

I start with a phone conversation to get an understanding of the client's project, timeline and expectations.

STAGE 2: House Visit

If it feels like a fit, the next step is always a house visit to meet the client in person, This way I understand the client's lifestyle, expectations and I can ask questions to help better understand how I can best help and what the project really entails.

STAGE 3: Project Proposal

The next step is to provide the client with a project proposal based on our meeting , giving investment, time frames and fees. My fees change based on the scope of the project and what is involved. A full renovation vs. a room update are structured differently and some projects are best on an hourly fee while others are best calculated as a flat fee. Projects are always evolving so it is essential that both parties have open communication and understanding for the best possible outcome.
